Publication Policy
NTJ prioritizes research that demonstrates clear contributions to information technology, information systems, cybersecurity, IoT, and intelligent systems through systematic analysis, design, development, implementation, integration, testing, management, or evaluation.
Submitted manuscripts must present clearly defined research objectives, appropriate research methodologies, relevant findings, and demonstrable contributions to the development or practical application of information technologies and systems.
Research involving data analytics, automation, sensor technologies, expert systems, and other emerging technologies may be considered when the primary contribution is relevant to the journal's focus areas and demonstrates practical technological applications.
Research primarily focused on theoretical computer science, fundamental mathematical models, novel computational algorithms without practical application, hardware design without a clear information technology contribution, or other topics unrelated to the journal's primary fields falls outside the scope of NTJ.
All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure academic quality, originality, relevance, and publication integrity.
