Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence technology is becoming increasingly widespread and can be applied to various automated systems, including room temperature control systems. The purpose of this study is to develop an automatic room cooling system based on fuzzy logic that can adjust fan speed based on room temperature. The method used is software-based simulation without the need for physical sensors or microcontrollers. The system input is the temperature value, which is analyzed using three fuzzy sets: cold, normal, and hot. The inference process is carried out using fuzzy rules, which produce outputs in the form of fan speeds (slow, medium, and fast). The simulation results show that the system can provide fan speed changes in a timely manner and in accordance with temperature changes. This method makes temperature control more efficient and effective compared to conventional on-off systems.
